To the fullest extent permitted by law, Showroom Media LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site, and our total liability for any claim related to the Site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100) or the amount you paid us for the specific service giving rise to the claim, whichever is greater.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and disputes will be handled in courts located in Kentucky.
